Pink Grapefruit and Rosemary Fizz
Ya gal loves to sip on a weekend cocktail (or two!). What I don’t like are cocktails that a packed full of syrup, sugar and juice. Not only are they sickly sweet, but all of that sugar isn’t necessary and often not how the classic version of that cocktail is made.
I’m all about cocktails that use beautiful fresh ingredients and have no (or very little) refined sugars and are easy to make at home.
This Pink Grapefruit and Rosemary Fizz recipe is one of my absolute go-to’s. I even served it at my own wedding. It’s not too sweet, has a nice little savoury note of rosemary and the colour is oh-so-pretty.
